Chicken – Fresh – Deposit

Enjoy the taste and quality of our pasture-raised, organically fed chickens. Grown from chicks on our farm, our chickens have been reared in a healthy, wholesome, antibiotic, and chemical-free environment that ensures quality.

Fresh chickens are processed on the date of pick-up and air-chilled to ensure you get the freshest possible meat. The bones make an excellent broth as well. We price our birds on actual weight and charge $7.00/lb. A deposit of $10.00 per bird is required when placing any order. The deposit will be subtracted from the final cost at pick-up.

On farm pick-ups must be between 5:00 and 5:30 PM. Pick-up dates are:

• June 23, 2026
• July 29, 2026
• September 8, 2026

Pick ups are also available at the Saturday Kamloops Farmers Market immediately proceeding the date chosen, please note that the chickens will be frozen if this option is chosen.

A maximum of 250 birds are available on each listed date. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Order well ahead to avoid disappointment!
